Shipping Policy
· Katy's will ship your order to you so that it will arrive in
a manner to ensure a quality and safe product.
· All vacuum-sealed fish will be sent 2nd Day air when weather
permits. When the temperature rises we will change the shipment to Next
day air and or add frozen gel packs to the shipment.
· If the order is all canned or jar products the order will be
shipped ground.
· At anytime you can chose to upgrade your shipping service to
have the seafood arrive to your door sooner. Leave a message in the
comments box.
· Someone should be home to receive any package that includes
vacuum-sealed fish or have it shipped to your business address.
· Because the weight of the vacuum packed smoked fish varies,
the shipping price is calculated at the actual time of shipping.
